ONLINE CLASSES & COURSES:
– By purchasing and participating in any online class or course, you agree:
– to complete sufficient warm ups before each activity.
– ensure that you are dancing/ exercising in an open safe space, with a suitable, non-slip floor, clear of any objects that could cause injury. Any equipment, including poles, has been installed and is used as per manufacturers recommendations. Any use of equipment is at your own risk.
– to avoid activities if you have, or suspect you may have any current health concerns, injuries, aches and pains that affect your ability to complete the activity. If unsure if your medical history, concerns or conditions, including pregnancy or prior injuries, may affect your ability to perform the exercises in this video, consult your medical professional before continuing.
– all information provided by Ecole de Pole is of a general nature and is furnished for educational/entertainment purposes only. No information is to be taken as medical or other health advice pertaining to any individual specific health or medical condition. You agree that use of this information is at your own risk, risks may involve injury, and hold Ecole de Pole harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, injuries or damages resulting from any and all claims.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY:
By entering into a payment plan via checkout from an Ecole de Pole site or affiliated site, you agree to abide by the terms of the payment plan and make all repayments until the end of the term and the product or service has been paid for in full. We reserve the right to recover the remainder of unpaid instalments if failure to pay or an instalment is missed; by any means we deem fit, whether that be contacting an affiliate or other person on the booking, directly charging a card on file or any means necessary including enforceable collection. Late and failed/ unsuccessful payments will incur a £5 fee per case in addition to the outstanding payment.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU:
Do not send personal messages via DM on social media/ text to directors or camp organisers to cancel your spot. They will not respond! The only way to cancel is to complete the google form HERE. Whilst we understand that accidents and life happens, these are the exact reasons we have the policies and no exceptional circumstances will be considered except for your own or a partner/ child’s death or incapacitating injury. See below for more information.
Face to Face Instructor Courses: We do not issue refunds and the money collected may not be transferred or substituted for another service. If for any reason you are unable to attend the training you registered and paid for, you must send an email to the office (or through the contact form on this website) to reschedule to attend an alternate training at a later date or may be offered the possibility to complete the course through an online version if available. There may be an administration fee for this service.
Online Classes & Courses: Will not be refunded under any circumstance. We do not issue refunds and the money collected may not be transferred or substituted for another service.
Pole Retreats/ Camps: are non transferrable. We will deduct a £160 administration fee when you cancel, in addition to the following costs:
* 8-12 weeks before departure = 75% of total cost
* 0-8 weeks before departure = 100% of total cost
Refunds will be offered only in exceptional circumstances of your own or a partner’s or your own child’s death or permanent incapacitating injury only. Illness/ pregnancy/ injuries/ family trouble/ work commitments/ changes to circumstances etc, whilst we understand are difficult to navigate and we empathise, will not warrant a refund. We know it’s sensitive, but if you are asking for a refund in an exceptional circumstance, please provide the medical (or other) certificate for your exceptional reason to avoid any awkwardness for anyone or hard feelings!
If you are unable to travel to your pole camp due to government restrictions (for example, your local area is a declared a COVID-19 hotspot), you will not be penalised, and may use the full credit of your pole camp booking for any other EDP camp or retreat (within 12 months).
CANCELLATIONS BY US:
While every effort is made to ensure that your course, retreat or workshops commence as planned, Ecole de Pole reserves the right to cancel or revise any class time, activity, instructor or tutor as necessary.
Force Majeure or Acts of God (in other words, any event out of our control such as but not limited to, a natural disaster, catastrophe, political unrest or government restrictions that might render the running of a course or camp impossible or impracticable): where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, credits for the next available alternative camp, or other reasonable alternative service, less unrecoverable costs, will be given. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance or non-refundable flights. You will have the option of a credit for the value of the course or camp to be used within 12 months without penalty, and in most cases every effort will be made to re-schedule a course or camp at the very next practicable date.
STUDIO CLASSES/ WORKSHOPS
Bookings (Studio Classes & Courses)
Bookings are not final until payment is received in full. We do NOT offer refunds nor extensions unless a fee is paid to extend your pack by an agreed term. By attending a virtual class you are agreeing to our waiver and release terms as shown before online booking. This includes agreeing to the class recording. By attending an in studio class you are agreeing to this same waiver and release terms.
Validity Periods
Single classes – 30 days from date of purchase
3 packs – 30 days from date of purchase
5 packs – 60 days from date of purchase
10 packs – 3 months from date of purchase
Pole Hire packs – are all 30 days from date of purchase
Class Levels
Class Pre-Requisites are clearly defined in class descriptions and are a safety issue. If you do not have previous pole experience, you must book Pole Beginner/Elementary first. If you have previous experience please make sure you understand the pre-requisites before booking and contact the studio for further clarity. If you are participating in a class you are clearly not ready for, you will be asked to leave without a refund. EDP Staff will notify students when they are able to take a higher level class. Students can also contact the studio to request more information on how to get prepared to level up. If you sign up for a class when you haven’t leveled up, you will be removed from the class, possibly without notice, and will not be allowed to attend.
Cancellations, Tardy, and No Shows:
All policies are firmly held with NO EXCEPTIONS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Early Cancellation: Early cancellation is cancelling a session up to 24 hours before the start time. There is no penalty for this cancellation and you can reuse your session credit during the allotted expiration time. We do not accept any cancellations over the phone outside of business hours. If you’d like to cancel outside of our business hours you must use the Go Team Up App or our website. Voicemails and Instagram DM’s are NOT accepted for cancellations.
Late Cancellation or No Show: Late cancelling is cancelling a session within 24 hours of the start time up until an hour before the workshop begins. If you late cancel, you will not receive a credit for your class.
TARDY POLICY
General Classes: The warm-up and conditioning exercises are integral parts of our classes. Arriving late not only interrupts the class but can put you at a higher risk of injury. Students who arrive after class has started (between 1-5 minutes late) will be marked tardy. Though there isn’t a fee associated with being tardy, the studio reserves the right to deny service or implement a fee for students who are repeatedly tardy.
Practise & Pole/Hoop Hire: Doors stay open during Open Practise and Pole/Hoop Hire sessions and students can enter at any time. However, the session end time is fixed and cannot be extended.
WAITLIST POLICY
If you are on the waitlist and are added to class, it is considered a booking. All Late Cancel and No Show Policies apply. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time for no charge; please do so if you cannot attend the class or you cannot make it to the studio in time for the class.
MINIMUM ATTENDANCE POLICY
All classes must have at least 3 students on the roster in order to run. Any class with 2 students or less signed up an hour before class start time will be cancelled. If you are signed up for the class you will receive a call and /or text message notification and will be able to use your class credit during the allotted expiration time.
If fee transactions are declined, you will not be able to schedule future classes until balance is paid. If future classes were already scheduled, you will be removed until balance is paid.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY US:
While every effort is made to ensure that your course/ class or workshop commences as planned, Ecole de Pole reserves the right to cancel or revise any course time or instructor as necessary. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified and if no reasonable alternative class can be found for the same week, we will extend your payment option by an additional week. Every effort will be made to find an alternative class in lieu of any cancelled session.
Appointments, Parties, and Privates:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Parties and Private Sessions can be cancelled and/or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancelling/rescheduling within 48 hours of the event is considered a late cancellation and the credit will be forfeited.
TARDY POLICY:
Ecole de Pole London reserves the right to cancel your appointment [ with no refund ] if you are over 20 minutes later than the scheduled time.
REFUND POLICY:
We DO NOT offer refunds however you will be able to reschedule the session within the time frame of your credit limit period as long as the event was Early Cancelled.
Copyright
All coursework, class and workshop material including choreography, routines, class formats, and written materials of any such kind relating to Ecole de Pole, as well as course descriptions from our web site, newsletters and written summaries of course routines, remain the property of Ecole de Pole, and may not be forwarded, copied or reproduced in any way, physical or written, or performed outside of the School, without prior consent from the studio owner. Students may not video the class or content unless expressly given permission by an instructor. At NO TIME may a student live stream class content.
Website and Quote Descriptions
All website and quote descriptions are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure their accuracy and is always confirmed by email. However, errors may occasionally occur. We cannot accept any liability for any errors or omissions if we are not notified immediately upon receipt of the email confirmation. We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in our website and quotes at any time.
Health and Safety
Before taking part in any physical activity with us at Ecole de Pole, all students are required to complete an Exercise Readiness Questionnaire and agree to our Waivers and Policies.
If you have doubts about your physical well-being or know that you are pregnant, please inform your instructor before engaging in any type of activity. If you are booking on behalf of a group, please check with all your guests and advise of any injuries or if anyone is pregnant. They will be required to sign a disclaimer on site before commencing the class. You must correctly follow instructions given by our instructors at all times and failure to do so may result in instruction being stopped without recourse.
Smoke, Jewellery, & Gum Free Policy
Ecole de Pole insists on a smoke-free environment both for the health of our staff and guests. For personal hygiene, and to avoid risk of choking, gum is forbidden during all classes. For the safety of the students and the equipment ALL JEWELRY MUST BE REMOVED before attending a class.
Behaviour
We reserve the right to terminate your arrangements with us if your behaviour or that of any members in the booking is likely in our opinion to cause distress, damage, danger, or to annoy customers, other members of the party, employees, contractors, instructor or anyone’s property or anyone else. If you arrive for lessons or parties clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will not be permitted to attend your session and will not receive any refund or extension.
COVID-19 Policy
You agree to the waiver and release terms as shown here, including acknowledges that although strict measures are being taken by Ecole de Pole London to prevent the spread of COVID-19, attending classes at Ecole de Pole London could result in COVID-19 infection and will not warrant any refund and no action can be taken against Ecole de Pole or its partners for consequences of such infection.

Delivery Information
You will be informed if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale products and products on special offer as these are sold on a first come first served basis.
ROYAL MAIL Standard Delivery
Exact price will vary by weight and will be confirmed before you finalise your order. All parcels for UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail signed for. Please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery of your order.
Rest of World Delivery
Exact price will vary by weight and will be confirmed before you finalise your order. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with proof of delivery and in some cases signed for depending on the package and the destination.
Orders for delivery outside the UK may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
Returns/Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your products when you shop with us, but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
If you are returning a top, please make sure it does not have make up or deodorant marks on it. We will not accept the return if it has make up or marks on it. We are only a small business and we cannot lose stock in this way so we’d appreciate it if you could be careful when trying on items and return them in the condition you received them in if they are not suitable or the wrong size.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid for any requests for returns or exchange, unless the fault is with us.
EDP reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of a product that has been damaged in any way.
How to return/exchange an item:
1. Please contact us to advise reason for return at admin@ecoledepole.co.uk to arrange
2.Ensure you return your unworn/unused goods, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels within 7 days.
3.Place to goods you are returning into the bag they were delivered in and include the order number on your bag or inside.
4.Write the address on the package and seal the bag.
5.Take your parcel to your nearest post office and add postage as required for the items you are returning. The postage costs are borne by the customer. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.

Crediting your return
Please allow 2 weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed. The original card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund once we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good order.
